We provide publicity materials and training to support the introduction of our service into your workplace.
- Language posters - helping service users to identify their language, and publicising the availability of the service.
- Service user guides - 'how to' guides for your staff with all the essential information on how to access the service and work with an interpreter or translator.
- Working with interpreters training - tailored for your staff. We will work with you to decide the most appropriate training methods, and will be pleased to hear your ideas.
- Bespoke training - we will work with you to develop tailored training programmes that are specific and relevant to your needs; for example, we have recently developed a session for medical students on how to work with interpreters.
